District Heating Division
The District Heating Division delivers thermal energy from a central plant to entire neighbourhoods through pre-insulated underground piping. We deliver new networks, expansions, substation upgrades, and rehabilitations of legacy systems — designed to reduce heat losses and CO₂ intensity.
What we deliver
- Hydraulic modelling (Termis, NetSim) and pipe sizing
- Pre-insulated steel piping — twin pipe and single pipe
- Trenchless installation where ground conditions permit
- Indirect substations with plate heat exchangers
- Consumer-side metering (M-Bus, LoRaWAN)
- Replacement of legacy 4-pipe systems and leak-detection campaigns
How we work
- Design to EN 13941 (pre-insulated bonded pipes)
- Network monitoring with leak-detection wires and acoustic surveys
- Heat-loss audits and tariff restructuring support
- Integration with existing CHP plants and HOBs
- Smart metering, prepaid billing and consumption analytics
Where we deliver
